Worth It

Recently, I was at a workshop that was so far out of my comfort zone, I didn’t even know it existed. (I laugh now, because my life is on such a fun trajectory this type of experience is starting to become commonplace.) However, In this specific workshop I found myself being courageous and diving deep into my curiosities. At the end, we all had an opportunity to truly experience whatever we desired. And I had a choice: was I going to really stretch myself and fully participate or was I going to forgo the opportunity and remain on the sidelines. I truly had full choice. No one in the room was going to push me to do anything I didn’t want to.

In the last possible moment, I said “I’m in.” And what transpired was truly remarkable. It ended up being the culmination of the workshop not only for myself, but for everyone in the room! Had I not stepped into that space, none of us would have experienced the beauty of that moment.

When I realized that I was worth it, everything around me changed. The possibilities are endless. Without a shadow of doubt, you too are worth it!
