By 38, it looked like I had made it.
A female Executive Leader within a $100M International Christian organization.
A custom-built lake house. Luxury vacations.
All the things that were supposed to mean I’d “arrived.”
But inside...I was dying.
When I finally hit my breaking point, I lost everything that had defined me: faith, family, friends.
That was the moment I chose myself for the first time. And THAT choice changed everything.
At some point, many of us reach our breaking point.
When the ache inside is louder than the noise of the world that’s when we make the change.

The Lineage Behind My Work
I don’t just teach embodiment, I live it.
My work is informed by deep, hands-on study with some of the world’s most respected erotic and somatic practitioners: Jaiya, Connie Eberhart, Orpheus Black, and Darshana Avila to name a few.
I was hand-selected for advanced specialty training in the Erotic Blueprints™, certified as a Bondassage® practitioner, and continue my professional studies in Sexological Bodywork.
My trauma-skilled approach is grounded in the teachings of David Bedrick, Dr. Gabor Maté, and Betty Martin.
